    There's something exciting going on in Lexington, Kentucky. Head Football Coach Joker Phillips and Strength Coaches Ray "ROCK" Oliver and Ted Lambrinides have created a new foundation for what has been termed 'OPERATION: WIN'. Things are paying off already! The Wildcats are on the move in the SEC Conference…where practically every week there's a BIGTIME foe. #6 Auburn needed a Heisman-like performance from their star quarterback to nip Kentucky as time expired. Then, UK answered the following Saturday with a comeback victory over #10 South Carolina, who had just knocked #1 Alabama from their throne.

  • Michigan State University Strength & Conditioning Clinic

    Champs_bowl_logo When their not preparing their varsity squads for competition…like this years Champs Sports Bowl, featuring the Michigan State Spartans vs the Boston College Eagles, Ken Mannie and Mike Vorkapich are prepping for the upcoming clinic to be held in East Lansing, Michigan. Ted Lambrinides, Director of ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power is on the speaker list for this year's MSU Strength Clinic.

    The game will be played on December 28th in Orlando, Florida.

    The Michigan State University Strength & Conditioning Clinic for Football will be held on the campus of Michigan State University on Saturday, February 2nd, 2008.  The clinic is specifically designed to give each attending coach a solid foundation in the basic fundamentals of strength training, conditioning and agility training, related to the sport of football.
