ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power is thinking BIG this week…. as in Big East. First, we examined the University of Cincinnati Bearcat strength program. Then, we headed down I-71 to find out what was going on at "The 'Ville" that is, the University of Louisville and the Cardinals Basketball Strength & Conditioning program, where strength coach, Ray Ganong, joins us for a podcast right from the new confines of the weight training complex located within the Yum Center.
