The intensity was heatin' up at the Rocky Boiman Football Academy yesterday. Try starting your morning sprinting up an inclined service road…. flipping tires… pushing Rocky's big pick up truck around the parking lot… hauling 45lb plates around while shrugging your shoulders. Actually, it's a typical training session for the guys enrolled! Now's the time to get on board…. these guys are learning from one of the best.
