One of our
longtime ASAP colleagues in the high school strength & conditioning,
Mike Shibinski, was the subject of a nice write up in Friday's
Cincinnati Enquirer…. as he "Heads a Cutting Edge Program". It's all
conducted at Cincinnati Princeton High School where he has been running
one of the top high school training programs and also is a football
coach, too. Both boys and girls sports have benefited from Mike's
expertise at this school where he is also a department head and an assistant football coach. Mike's athletes can be found sprinkled throughout Big Ten, SEC, Big East and MAC colleges.
