You may have been at this University of Toledo "Rocket Power" Strength Clinic back in the early 90's. If you were there, you saw then strength coach Ken Mannie, (who's now at Michigan State), Pittsburgh Steelers strength coach Chet Fuhrman and Dr. Ken Leistner take some athletes through some serious and strenuous workouts.
Dr. Ken took one particular athlete through a workout that he even had the "kid" shoving a dumbell around on the weightroom floor… and at the point of collapse!
