A huge shout out to our professional colleague and fellow strength & conditioning coach Scott Greenawalt. The team that he and his strength staff have developed down in Columbia, South Carolina is prepared for the toughest of battles. The USC Gamecocks are now among college basketball's elite class as they head to The Final Four. Congratualtions!
Here are a few videos from our visits to 'Carolina'. Also, our latest podcast sponsored by TEAMBUILDR, with Coach Greenawalt.
A recent ASAP visit to the University of South Carolina with Basketball Strength Coach Scott Greenawalt found the Gamecocks hitting it hard on a leg day. We’ve shared some past video from Columbia, SC…like last 2014 and of course this RDL variation. Don’t forget the Dumbell Step-ups Video. Front squats with the log bar looks like a great way to teach proper form. Things just seem to fall into proper place. Here’s a few cell phone pics. Our good friend, John Wood, at Functional Hand Strength does logbar sales, in case you’re interested!
