In this video, Jamie Ray, Director of Operations at ASAP at the Western Sports Mall, leads Ensminger, a 6'10 250lb center, through a series of strength training exercises. Actually, the Buckeyes, due to BCS obligations, haven’t been back to the Rose Bowl since that game where Germaine led the Buckeyes in the closing minutes and halted Arizona State’s National Championship aspirations.
