ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power will be heading to East Lansing, Michigan for the 2nd Annual MSU Strength and Conditioning Clinic. In addition, ASAP Program Director Ted Lambrinides will be one of the speakers on Saturday. He's scheduled for an "in-the-weightroom" session.
