Just back from Champaign, Illinois where I received the full tour of the strength and conditioning complex from the strength staff at The University of Illinois. The program, under the direction of Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Aaron Hillmann, is in full swing now and there's no question that the "Fighting Illini" players will be an excellently conditioned and strong football squad. That's Coach Aaron Hillman pictured here above…you've seen him in our past ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power videos, like this one, and this past podcast where coach spoke about his career path and his passion for strength training. He also let us grab some conditioning video at BGSU with, then assistant coach Rick Court. Today, his mission is to maximize the efforts of his players at Illinois….prepping them for another Big Ten campaign. Aaron has assembled a very intense strength staff, who can be seen in the collection of photos…. and the video sessions that will post soon.
