ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power traveled the country roads… well maybe I-74 West….to Indianapolis, Indiana. That's where we caught up with West Virginia Mountaineer Strength Coach Andy Kettler for Podcast Episode #75. Coach Kettler took some a time out following the one o'clock Friday practice session at Lucas Oil Stadium and talked about working with Coach Bob Huggins, the Mountaineer strength training program and how he ended up working with this 2010 NCAA Final Four Basketball Team. Kettler also gives us a little advance news regarding the new basketball complex that's under construction in Morgantown. Almost Heaven!
