University of Kentucky Strength Training Video Report~Football Edition

A trip down I-75 from Cincy and ASAP was able to garner some video of some of the happenings in Lexington, Kentucky. The football squad there ia under a new direction with Head Football Coach Joker Phillips. With that change, came a new strength and conditioning staff…. first off, Ray "Rock" Oliver left his assistant strength position with the Cincinnati Bengals. Then, Ted Lambrinides left his post at ASAP and headed south also. Here's a look at some of the training footage captured just last week.
