There are several components that ASAP~ Athletic Strength And Power has targeted to ensure that the the athletes we train are getting results:

  • Increased Strength
  • Improved Speed (linear and lateral)
  • Improved Power
  • Improved Flexibility
  • Improved Anaerobic Capacity
  • Improved Body Composition
  • Improved Confidence

To accomplish this, ASAP keeps close ties with developments in sports physiology and sports medicine, too. So, in today’s podcast, Dr. Rob Heidt Jr. of Wellington Sports Medicine  talks about strength training and injury prevention from an orthopedic point of view.
