Part One: Hammer Jammer Rotations

n this ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power video, it's evident why Ohio State's Asst AD for Football Sports Performance,Mickey Marotti, made sure to acquire the services of Coach Kenny Parker to the Buckeyes' Strength & Conditioning Staff when the current football coaching staff arrived in Columbus back in January of 2012. Parker, in his second year at Ohio State, is an excellent communicator, motivator and instructor. One of the many assets that he adds to the staff is the fact that he not only has plenty of coaching experience, but he's also played the game. Kenny Parker had the opportunity to play for both Steve Spurrier and Urban Meyer at The University of Florida and was a starting defensive tackle for the Gators in '03 & '04. Add in the coaching stints that Parker served at Florida and Murray State University and there's no doubt that that the Buckeyes have a well seasoned, knowledgeable coach that compliments their excellent staff. And, coming soon, we'll have Part Two of this video where Coach Parker instructs the techniques of Lateral Med-ball Explosive Drills and some of the Sandbag/Weight Plate Drills that they use at Ohio State.
